• Return earlier than or at your pickup time — no fee.
• Up to 30 minutes late — no fee (grace period).
• 31 minutes to under 3 hours late — $50 extended return-time fee.
• 3 hours late or more — one additional rental day is added.

Any late-return fee or added rental day is not charged at booking. Prime Rentals ATL will add the applicable charge to your remaining balance at pickup or drop-off.

In-State Rentals Only: All rentals are for use within the state of Georgia only. If you plan to travel outside of Georgia at any point during your rental, you must contact Prime Rentals ATL for approval before booking. Unauthorized out-of-state travel is a violation of the rental agreement and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

I acknowledge this notice and agree to keep the rental within Georgia unless I have written approval from Prime Rentals ATL.

$50 Reservation Fee — Required

The $50 paid when booking goes toward the required $150 refundable security deposit. At pickup, you will only owe the remaining $100 security deposit plus your rental balance.

The full $150 security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was provided, with no damage, excessive cleaning, missing fuel, late fees, tolls, tickets, or other outstanding charges.

Your reservation is not confirmed and your dates are not blocked until Stripe successfully processes the $50 payment.

I understand that a $50 payment is required to reserve my rental dates. This $50 is applied toward the required $150 refundable security deposit, so I will only owe the remaining $100 security deposit plus the rental balance at pickup. The full $150 security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was provided, with no damage, excessive cleaning, missing fuel, late fees, tolls, tickets, or other outstanding charges. I understand that my reservation is not confirmed until my Stripe payment is successfully processed.

Card on file — required

The $50 booking deposit must be paid with a physical debit or credit card. Digital wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Link, bank debits, and buy-now-pay-later options — are not accepted for the deposit. Your card is securely saved to your Stripe profile so authorized charges under your rental agreement can be processed later. Prime Rentals ATL does not accept cash. The remaining rental balance and security deposit may be paid electronically or by tap-to-pay at pickup.

Your card is securely tokenized and stored by Stripe. Prime Rentals ATL never sees or stores your full card number or security code.

I authorize Pickle Prime Autos LLC, doing business as Prime Rentals ATL, to securely save my payment method through Stripe and initiate charges when I am not present for documented amounts authorized under my rental agreement. These charges may include unpaid rental balances, approved extensions, late returns, additional rental days, mileage overages, fuel shortages, tolls, tickets, cleaning or smoking fees, vehicle damage, towing, impound fees, vehicle recovery expenses, lost keys, and other contract-authorized charges. I understand that an attempted charge may be declined or may require additional authentication.
