A booking request may include your name, contact details, rental dates and times, selected vehicle, notes, driver’s license image, and identity-verification selfie.

We use this information to verify identity, review booking eligibility, communicate about your request, prepare a rental, provide support, and meet legal or safety obligations.

Card information is entered through Stripe. Prime Rentals ATL uses the saved payment method for the required $300 authorization hold after approval and for eligible charges permitted by the rental agreement. Prime Rentals ATL does not receive or store your full card number.

Identity documents are stored privately and are available only to authorized staff for booking review and rental administration. We retain information only as reasonably needed for rental, legal, safety, and recordkeeping purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers that support payments, communications, secure storage, or legal compliance. We do not sell your personal information.
