Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation and charges $0. Prime Rentals ATL reviews each request and may approve or decline it. Requested dates are temporarily held during review.

A $300 security authorization hold is required for every rental. After approval, the hold must be successfully placed before the booking is confirmed or the vehicle is released. For bookings made more than two days in advance, the required $300 authorization hold will be placed two days before your rental. It is not a payment or security deposit and does not count toward the rental balance.

The full rental balance is paid separately at pickup. Any applicable fees are shown during booking or governed by the signed rental agreement.

Renters must provide accurate information, a valid driver’s license, required identity-verification images, and a physical credit or debit card. False or incomplete information may result in a declined or canceled request.

Rentals have a two-day minimum and must remain within Georgia. Pickup, return-time, fuel, driver, damage, extension, and card-on-file requirements shown in the booking policies and signed rental agreement apply.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with availability and booking services. Website information may be updated when rates, fleet availability, or policies change.
